Founder & Director
Michal is a seasoned professional in maritime and engineering recruitment with over 17 years of global experience.
He has worked in the largest global maritime and energy recruitment companies in the UK and Singapore where he successfully managed and developed teams.
He possesses a deep industry understanding, enabling him to bridge the gap between international organizations, local management and personnel for improved business aspirations.
His expertise primarily expands across technical, marine and operation roles – his capability as a networker greatly benefits employers seeking engagements within Europe, MENA & APAC Regions.

Founder & Operations Director
Marzena has over 15 years of experience in sales and program management in the public and commercial sectors.
She oversaw the logistics aspect of global sales, specialising in the Asian and Middle Eastern markets. She was also involved in some unique projects, including research during the Zika virus pandemic in South America.
With her continuous improvement mindset, her leadership skills are focused on unlocking operational excellence and the growth of her customer’s business.
Marzena is passionate about establishing clear communication channels between stakeholders to establish a compelling vision that aligns with the customer’s strategic objectives.
